Sebuah cushioning system baru ciptaan Nike yang bernama ‘Joyride’ sempat membuat beberapa orang bingung. Karena adanya kemiripan dengan cushioning system ciptaan PUMA dari tahun 2017. Kemiripannya terdapat pada manik – manik pada bagian sole nya untuk menyediakan underfoot cushioning.

‘The end of Q1 will unveil Joyride, which is a platform that I am incredibly excited about,’ jelas CEO Nike, Mark Parker ‘This new approach to cushioning will deliver a more personalised feeling for runners at every level. I’ve been wearing different versions over the last year and it’s extremely comfortable. We think the design has great potential to stand-out with the consumer in both performance and lifestyle.’

There’s various rumours circulating regarding a release rollout, with some sources suggesting a July 25 drop, while others are suggesting August.
